So I just played the Bioshock demo. I have to say. I think we are finally there. In about 20 min I felt so immersed in the world and intensity of "Rapture" that it took another 20 min for my heart to stop pounding. The demo opens with you in the water seconds after a plane wreck. For a minute I just watched, then I accidentally touch the controller and moved the camera. That's when I realized it wasn't rendered... I was already playing. Like I said we're pretty much there. Bioshock is being released Aug. 21st, that's this Tues... I might have to spend the $60. PLEASE DOWNLOAD THIS DEMO!
